Work can be over demanding, more challenging then ever today.  This can cause you to have headaches, raise your blood pressure which can all lead to a stoke. Keeping a positive attitude at work can be as easy as having pleasant and happy thoughts throughout the day. 

Pause and remember what it is you love about what you do at job; why you wanted to work at the job you are at.  Also thoughts of things you love to do outside of work can eliminate the stress and headaches on the job.  Doing this can make you a happier, more productive employee. Recent studies show that a shift in thought was all that was needed to drop absenteeism. 
 
Having a healthy attitude can change your optimism towards life and can make people want to be around you. That positive thought and change in attitude will also contribute to a heathy lifestyle.  Your stress level will go down which eliminates headaches and high blood pressure which again lead to strokes and heart decease.  Being an optimist can influence your health and may help you live longer.  You will also be able to deal with the work and other daily activities from day to day with a better outlook...including your weight loss!!!
